A complementary approach to the RARE FishForever strategy is building the assets of the target fisher households.Built on positive experience from pilot sites,savings club designed to be community-managed,enabled the participants to pool savings that have been used for new/ replacement of fishing gears,household assets and needs combining resources to invest in small businesses.
