The Land Transportation Office (LTO) will conduct a meeting this coming Friday, June 9, 2017 for furthermore discussion about the laws and regulations and for the issuance of Student Permit (SP) of which the venue will be at Del Carmen Convention Center, Del Carmen, Siargao Islands, Surigao del Norte at exactly 1:00P.M. in the afternoon.
