Qualifications:
✅ Open to all with Del Carmenon family bloodline from the certain Barangay
✅ Single/Female
✅ 18-25 years old
✅ At least High School Graduate
✅ Minimum of 5″3 footer
✅ With Pleasing Personality
✅ Able to perform her future task of representing the MUTYA NG DEL CARMEN as Ambassador of goodwill

➡️ Endorsement letter from the Punong Barangay of the Municipality of Del Carmen
