LGU Del Carmen and Mindanao Development Authority celebrates the International Day of the Mangroves 2017 with De Jurgenne Primavera talking about the Mangroves and Climate Change. Dr Primavera is now of top Mangrove Scientists of the world and is from Butuan City. This is part of the Siargao It Up Week 2017!!
